John established Carter Perspective in 2015 bringing with him a lifetime of experience in building design and project management. His aim is to build and maintain a strong relationship with his clients by providing prompt and professional service, quality bespoke and sustainable designs.

A building designer responds to the way a client lives, their requirements, what you want from your building, including the design style, and get an understanding of the site, levels, easements & other restrictions to assess building siting options, adjacent buildings and any impacts, bushfire risk, vegetation to protect or remove, views to maximise or screen, solar orientation, site access and service.
